It all started in 1989. Jim Halliday arrived a newcomer on Cape Cod, with a young family and a name to make for himself. One custom project at a time, Halliday homes became as much a part of the scenery as cranberry bogs and hydrangeas.

For our family and business, the Cape is home, and we love helping make it home for our customers. There’s no greater compliment than a family returning for a second, third, or fourth project with us, or trusting us to take care of their place in their absence.
